Noah Bailey – Attorney

Trial-Tested Experience You Can Trust

Noah was born in Rome, Georgia, and moved to Pickens County during his junior year of high school. After graduating from Pickens County High School, he attended Reinhardt University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While at Reinhardt, he served as a Moot Court Judge and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.

Noah went on to attend Emory University School of Law, where he focused his studies on criminal and civil litigation. During law school, he spent his summers working with the Appalachian Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, gaining firsthand experience in criminal defense through both office work and trial practice.

Following law school, Noah returned to the Appalachian Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office as an attorney, where he handled a wide range of cases—from misdemeanors such as theft and battery to serious felonies including drug trafficking and burglary. Noah is passionate about defending the accused and safeguarding their constitutional rights. He firmly believes that every person charged with a crime deserves zealous, thorough representation, and that it is always the State’s burden—not the defendant’s—to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Outside the courtroom, Noah enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, who’s an elementary school teacher, and their daughter.
